What it is
The ICI Caldaie 18011511 is a spark electrode manufactured for ICI Caldaie gas boilers. It forms part of the ignition circuit, providing the spark that lights the burner on demand. The electrode is supplied as a single component under part number 18011511.
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance is an ICI Caldaie gas boiler and check the existing electrode against the part number 18011511.
- Check the electrode body, insulation and terminal for cracks, soot or tracking before ordering, as these affect the ignition spark.
- Verify the burner and ignition lead condition at the same time, since a poor lead connection can mimic an electrode fault.
