Ideal Pump Manifold Kit Esprit HE30 179196

The Ideal 179196 is a pump manifold kit for the Ideal Esprit range of gas boilers. It provides the mounting and connection assembly for the circulating pump, the component that moves water through the primary and plate heat exchangers so heat can be passed to the central heating circuit and to the domestic hot water supply. Ideal supplies it as a direct replacement item for the Esprit HE24, HE30 and HE35.

• Water weeping or staining around the manifold joints or pump connections
• The circulating pump running hot, noisy or with a whine that does not clear
• The boiler cycling, locking out or tripping on overheat during a demand for heat or hot water
• Reduced flow to radiators, or hot water that takes noticeably longer to reach temperature
• Scale, sludge or debris restricting the manifold ports or pump housing

• Confirm the appliance GC number on the data badge against the list above before ordering
• Check the model and serial details on the boiler, as Esprit variants use different assemblies
• Inspect the pump body, seals and mating faces while the manifold is removed, and replace any worn items at the same time
