The Ideal 179162 is a potentiometer knob — the control knob that fits onto the potentiometer spindle on Ideal Vogue Gen2 and Ideal Commercial appliances. Turning the knob adjusts the setting the potentiometer controls, such as heating or hot water temperature. It is supplied by Ideal as a replacement for the original knob.
