What it is
The Ideal 177945 is a complete front door assembly for the Commercial Evojet range — the removable outer casing panel that closes off the front of the appliance. It is supplied by Ideal as a direct replacement for the original front panel and forms part of the appliance casing rather than its gas or water circuit. The assembly protects the internal components behind it and gives the front of the unit its finished appearance.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Cracks, dents or deformation in the front door panel
- Broken, seized or missing hinges that stop the door opening or closing cleanly
- The door failing to sit flush against the casing, leaving visible gaps
- Damaged fixings or captive fasteners that no longer hold the panel in place
- Corrosion or paint loss along the panel edges
Before you order
- Confirm your appliance model and the part number marked on the existing door before ordering.
- The same door is listed under Ideal number 4035922, so either number identifies the part.
- Check the hinges and retaining fixings at the same time, as these are separate items.
- Have the appliance data badge details to hand when checking compatibility.
