Ideal Differential Pressure Control Valve 1in 5-30 kPa 177766

The Ideal 177766 is a differential pressure control valve (DPCV) for a heat interface unit (HIU). It has a 1 inch connection and an adjustable range of 5–30 kPa, and it holds the differential pressure across the HIU circuit steady so the plate heat exchanger and the downstream control valves are not exposed to excessive pressure swings. A DPCV of this type modulates to absorb pressure changes arriving from the primary side, keeping flow conditions stable for the domestic hot water and heating circuits.
