Ideal Primary PCB Kit I11 177608

The Ideal 177608 is a primary printed circuit board (PCB) kit, listed by the manufacturer as the Primary PCB Kit I11. It is the main control board inside the appliance, handling ignition sequencing, fan and pump control, temperature sensing and safety interlocks. It is supplied by Ideal for use across a number of Classic Combi, Esprit Eco and Exclusive combi appliances.

• The boiler locks out repeatedly and will not reset, or resets only briefly before failing again.
• No heating or hot water demand is recognised, even though the programmer, thermostat and room controls are calling correctly.
• The fan, pump or diverter does not run when a demand is present, pointing to a failed output on the board.
• Fault codes relating to board communication, flame detection or sensor input appear on the display.
• Visible damage on the board itself: scorching, a blown track, a swollen capacitor or a repeatedly blowing internal fuse.

• Confirm the appliance model and GC number against the compatibility list, as board fitment varies between Classic Combi, Esprit Eco and Exclusive variants.
• Check the numbers printed on the existing board and compare them with 177608, 1775782 and N7110-3_C24 before ordering.
• Isolate the electrical supply at the fused spur and follow the manufacturer's wiring and configuration instructions when fitting, as replacement boards may need the appliance-specific settings transferred.
