What it is
The Ideal 177284 is an inspection cover gasket for Ideal Commercial IMAS Xtra appliances. It sits between the inspection cover and its mating face, compressing under the cover fixings to form a fluid-tight joint at the point where the cover is removed for internal inspection.
The gasket is listed under Ideal's miscellaneous parts range and also carries the Keston brand reference. Once the cover is disturbed, the old gasket is normally renewed so the joint seals correctly when the cover goes back on.
