Ideal Control Box Front Esprit Eco 176716

The Ideal 176716 is the control box front for the Esprit Eco range of gas boilers. It forms the front face of the control box assembly, sitting over the control panel and protecting the internal controls while providing the surface the user operates. It is supplied as an Ideal spare and is listed under the control box, panels and accessories category.

• The front panel is cracked, split or broken, leaving the control box internals exposed.
• Buttons or the display area no longer sit correctly or respond as they should because the front is distorted.
• Heat or moisture damage is visible on the panel, such as discolouration, warping or a loose fit against the control box.
• The fascia has come away from its mountings and will not seat back flush.
• Access to the controls is obstructed or the panel no longer holds its position during normal use.

• Check the GC number on the appliance data badge against the compatibility list — the Esprit Eco 24 and Esprit Eco 30 carry different GC numbers.
• Confirm the appliance model name matches one of the listed Esprit Eco or Ideal Commercial applications.
• If you are working from an older parts list, cross-check the alternative number 1782024 against the part you need.
• Have the boiler's serial and model details to hand when ordering, as control box components can vary between build versions.
