Ideal Gas Conversion Kit LPG to NG 176661

This is an LPG to NG gas conversion kit manufactured by Ideal, supplied under part number 176661. It contains the components needed to change an appliance over from liquefied petroleum gas operation to natural gas operation within the Ideal Logic and Zanussi Ultra appliance families. The kit is fitted at the appliance during servicing or commissioning work so the boiler matches the gas supply available on site.

• The appliance is being installed or recommissioned on a gas supply that does not match its current gas family setting.
• The data badge and the burner setup do not agree with the gas being supplied to the property.
• Combustion readings fall outside the expected range for the gas type in use, with unstable or lifting flames at the burner.
• A change of gas supply at the site means the existing injectors and settings are no longer correct for the appliance.
• A previous conversion has been carried out and the correct kit components are missing or incomplete.

• Check the appliance GC number and model against the compatibility list to confirm this kit is the correct one for the unit.
• Confirm which gas family the appliance must run on before ordering, as the kit is specific to the LPG to NG direction.
• Note the alternative part number 8904393 when cross-referencing against older documentation or supplier records.
