Ideal Venturi 80 and 150kW Kit 176362

The Ideal 176362 is a venturi kit used on Ideal commercial gas boilers. The venturi sits in the gas and air intake path ahead of the burner, where its tapered throat creates the pressure drop that draws combustion air into the gas stream and holds the mixture at the ratio the burner needs. It is supplied as a kit covering both the 80kW and 150kW versions of the appliance range.

• Rough, unstable or lifting flame at the burner, or flame rollout on start-up
• Combustion readings drifting outside the expected CO2 or O2 range with no other obvious cause
• Repeated ignition failure or lockout during the start sequence
• Whistling or unusual noise from the gas and air inlet assembly
• Visible damage, cracking, debris or restriction in the venturi throat

• Confirm the appliance model and GC number against the compatibility list before ordering, as the kit is listed against a number of Evomax variants.
