Ideal Venturi Kit 60kW 176361

The Venturi Kit is a 60kW combustion component supplied by Ideal for its commercial boiler range. It sits in the air/gas pathway and meters the gas stream into the burner, drawing combustion air in with it so the two mix at the correct ratio before ignition. It is used across the Evomax and Instinct Heat commercial families.

• Combustion readings drift outside the expected CO/CO2 range and cannot be corrected by adjustment.
• Unstable or lifting flame at the burner, or a flame that will not hold reliably on start-up.
• Whistling or roaring noise from the air/gas inlet during firing.
• Repeated lockouts or ignition faults traced to the gas/air mixture rather than the ignition components.
• Visible contamination, blockage or damage to the venturi throat or its tappings on inspection.

• Confirm the boiler model and GC number against the compatibility list, as the 60kW kit is not shared with the smaller outputs in the range.
• Check the existing part number on the appliance and cross-reference it with 1782258 before ordering.
• Inspect the burner gasket and any seals disturbed during removal, and renew them if they are not serviceable.
