What it is

The Ideal 175105 is a left-hand side panel for a five-section commercial boiler casing. It forms the outer face on the left of the appliance, closing off the casing around the heat exchanger and internal components while keeping the boiler's profile rigid and correctly aligned with the remaining panels.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Corrosion or rust perforation along the panel edges or fixing points
  • Dents or distortion that stop the panel seating flush against the casing frame
  • Panel no longer aligns with adjacent casing sections or the original fixings
  • Heat discolouration or flaking paint exposing bare metal
  • Physical damage from impact during servicing or handling

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance model and section count match the compatibility list before ordering
  • Check the part number on the existing panel against 175105 and the alternative numbers listed
  • Inspect casing seals and fixings so any that are worn can be replaced at the same time
