Ideal Side Panel RH 5 Section 175100

This is the right-hand side panel for Ideal Commercial boiler casings built with a five-section heat exchanger. It forms part of the outer casing that encloses the appliance's internal components, protecting the heat exchanger, insulation and pipework from dust, impact and accidental contact while keeping the casing profile complete.

The panel is supplied as a single casing component under Ideal part number 175100, with 200005034 and 1779329 also used to identify it. It is a non-gas carrying part, so replacement is a casing and access task rather than work on the gas path itself.

• Visible corrosion, rust staining or blistering paint along the panel edges
• Dents, creases or distortion that stop the panel sitting flush against the casing frame
• Panel fixings no longer holding, leaving the casing loose or rattling in operation
• Water tracking marks or staining on the inner face suggesting a leak behind the casing
• Heat discolouration or flaking finish on the panel surface

• Confirm your appliance is an Ideal Commercial unit with a five-section heat exchanger, as the panel length is matched to the section count
• Check the existing panel is the right-hand item — the left-hand panel is a separate component
• Cross-check the numbers on the old panel or the appliance data plate against 175100, 200005034 and 1779329
