What it is
The Ideal 175038 is a complete left-hand side panel that forms part of the outer casing on Concord ESi commercial boilers. It is the factory-formed panel that closes the left-hand face of the appliance, shielding the internal components and completing the outer case.
Supplied as a casing assembly rather than a bare pressing, it is the correct replacement where the original panel has been damaged, distorted or corroded.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible dents, creases or distortion in the side panel after impact or handling damage
- Rust, blistering paint or corrosion along the panel edges and fixing points
- Panel no longer sits flush against the chassis, leaving gaps in the outer case
- Fixing holes elongated or torn, so the panel cannot be secured properly
- Panel removed during a service or repair and found to be beyond reuse
