What it is
The Ideal 174867 is a circulation pump used in Ideal solar thermal systems. It moves heat-transfer fluid around the closed solar loop, carrying heat from the roof collectors down to the cylinder store. It is supplied by Ideal for the Solar Pack and Solar Thermostore ranges.

- Pump body silent or cold to the touch while the controller calls for heat

- Grinding, humming or rattling from the pump housing
- Weeping from the pump body or unions, or fluid loss from the solar loop
