What it is
The Ideal 174397 levelling feet are the adjustable feet fitted to the base of Ideal Commercial Imax Xtra appliances. They sit under the casing assembly and allow the unit to be wound up or down so it stands square and stable on an uneven floor. They are supplied by Ideal as a direct replacement for the feet originally fitted to the Imax Xtra range.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The appliance rocks or sits visibly out of level, even after adjustment.
- A foot is seized in its thread and will not turn by hand or spanner.
- The threaded stem is corroded, cross-threaded or stripped so it no longer holds position.
- A foot is missing, snapped off or has pulled away from the base of the casing.
- The unit cannot be levelled on a sloping or uneven floor, transferring vibration and noise through the base.
