The Ideal fan recuperator seal is a replacement sealing component for the combustion chamber area of Ideal Classic HE and Optia boilers. It sits at the recuperator, the section where heat is recovered from the flue path, and its job is to stop water and harmful gases escaping as they pass through the appliance. The seal is supplied as an Ideal Spares part under reference 174146.
