What it is
The Ideal 172885 is a five-section body insulation moulding supplied for Ideal Commercial Buccaneer appliances. It is fitted around the heat exchanger body, where it limits heat loss to the surrounding casing and keeps surface temperatures around the appliance under control. The insulation is supplied as a multi-section component so it can be seated around the body of the heat exchanger during service or rebuild work.
