What it is

The Ideal 172366 is the lower rear panel used on Ideal Commercial Concord ES160/H and ESi 160 CPT appliances. It forms the rear section of the casing assembly, closing off the lower back of the appliance and shielding the internal components and insulation from dust, draughts and accidental contact. The panel is supplied as a single casing component, matched to the Concord commercial range.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Corrosion or rust breaking through the panel surface
  • Impact damage or dents that stop the panel seating squarely against the casing
  • Warping or distortion leaving gaps at the rear of the appliance
  • Flaking paint or perforation exposing the inner face of the panel
  • Fixings no longer holding the panel securely in position
