What it is
The Ideal 172219 is a gas valve supplied as a spare for Ideal Commercial Concord ES series appliances. It sits within the gas train and controls the flow of gas to the burner, opening and closing on demand from the appliance controls and regulating the gas rate to match the heat output required. As a serviceable component it can be replaced when the valve no longer opens, closes or modulates correctly.
