The Ideal 172193 is a top insulation panel for Ideal Commercial Concord appliances. It sits at the upper section of the heat exchanger or casing, where it limits radiant heat loss and keeps surface temperatures within safe working limits. The panel is shaped to the Concord casing profile, so it drops into position without trimming or modification.

- The insulation is visibly crumbling, flaking or breaking up when touched
- The panel has become damp, compressed or distorted and no longer sits flat against the casing
