What it is

This is Ideal part number 172187, previously listed as 8358-4039, and it belongs to the Concord ES160/H and ESi 160 CPT commercial range.
Signs this part needs replacing

- Visible scorching, charring or heavy discolouration across the panel
- The material has compressed or sagged, leaving gaps around the flue or casing edges
- Casing surfaces running noticeably hotter than usual during a service visit
- Insulation material found loose inside the appliance during routine maintenance
