What it is
This is the front upper insulation panel for Ideal Commercial Concord appliances, supplied under Ideal part number 172170. It sits inside the appliance casing at the upper front position, where it reduces heat loss from the combustion and heat exchanger area and keeps casing surface temperatures within safe limits. The moulded insulation also protects surrounding components from prolonged radiant heat.
