Ideal Insulation Complete 172154

The Ideal 172154 insulation complete is a moulded thermal insulation component for Ideal Commercial Concord appliances. It is supplied by Ideal as a replacement part for the Concord ES380/H and ESi 380 range, where it sits against hot internal surfaces to limit heat loss and shield surrounding components from radiated heat. The same insulation is listed under the previous number 8358-5531 and the alternative number 1178539.

Insulation of this type is a serviceable item: it is handled, moved or removed whenever the appliance is stripped down for burner or heat exchanger work, and it degrades over time with repeated heat cycling.
