Ideal Combustion Chamber Complete 172102

The Ideal 172102 is a complete combustion chamber supplied by Ideal for its commercial Concord range. The combustion chamber is the enclosed space where the gas and air mixture is burned, and it forms the boundary between the burner flame and the rest of the appliance casing. Because it operates at high temperature and is exposed to the products of combustion, it is a serviceable component that is replaced when it becomes distorted, corroded or cracked.

This is a complete assembly rather than a single panel, so it is the correct part when the whole chamber needs renewing on a Concord ES340/H CPT or ESi 340 CPT unit.

• Visible cracking, warping or heavy corrosion on the chamber walls or seams
• Soot or heavy carbon deposits inside the chamber that return after cleaning
• Unstable or lifting flame, or a flame picture that will not settle after servicing
• Combustion readings that cannot be brought within tolerance by normal adjustment
