Ideal Lower Front Panel L/RH 170404

The Ideal 170404 is a lower front panel supplied as part of the casing assembly for Ideal Commercial appliances. It forms the lower section of the outer case, closing off the front of the appliance below the main access area and protecting the internal components from dust, knocks and general site debris. The panel is listed for left or right hand fitment, so it can be used on either side of the casing arrangement as required.

• Visible cracks, splits or holes in the panel, often starting at fixing points or folded edges
• Distortion or warping that stops the panel sitting flush against the casing frame
• Heavy corrosion or paint loss along the bottom edge, typical of panels exposed to damp plant rooms
• Scorching, blistering or discolouration of the coating
• Missing or sheared fixing lugs, so the panel cannot be secured properly and rattles in service
