Ideal Upper Baffle 570 Lg 170146

The Ideal 170146 is an upper baffle for Ideal Commercial Harrier GT and GTE series boilers. It sits in the upper flueway of the heat exchanger, where it slows the passage of hot flue gases so more heat is transferred into the water circuit before the gases leave the appliance. Baffles also shield the heat exchanger surfaces from direct flame impingement and help keep combustion temperatures within the range the boiler was designed for.
