Ideal Cleaning Door Insulation 170131

The Ideal 170131 is a cleaning door insulation, listed by Ideal under part number 94250305. It sits against the cleaning door of Ideal Commercial Harrier appliances, forming the heat barrier between the combustion chamber and the door plate. The insulation holds heat inside the appliance and shields the door and adjacent components from direct flame and flue gas temperatures.

Because the cleaning door is opened for routine servicing, the insulation is handled regularly and is one of the first parts to show wear. A sound insulation layer keeps the door assembly running at its designed temperature and protects the surrounding casing from heat damage.

• Insulation crumbling, flaking or breaking away from the cleaning door
• Discolouration, scorching or charring across the insulation surface
• Heat or flue gases escaping around the cleaning door during operation
• Insulation loose or detached, no longer seated flat against the door plate
• Visible damage found when the cleaning door is opened for servicing

• Confirm the appliance model and serial number against the compatibility list before ordering
• Check the number marked on the existing insulation, as earlier builds may carry 94250305
