The Ideal 158464 is a check valve sized for a 1/4 inch pressure gauge connection. It is fitted at the gauge tapping on Ideal Commercial appliances, where it controls the direction of flow and holds pressure at the gauge point so the reading stays stable during operation. The valve is supplied by Ideal as a replacement component for the commercial range.
