Ideal Burner Assembly 3 Section Main 150149

The Ideal 150149 is a three-section main burner assembly for Ideal Commercial Concord CX and CXA series boilers. It sits in the combustion chamber and delivers the gas and air mixture across the burner face, where it is ignited to produce the flame that heats the appliance's heat exchanger. As a gas-carrying component it is a serviceable spare, replaced when the burner body or head has deteriorated beyond safe cleaning and adjustment.

• Visible distortion, cracking, corrosion or burn-through on the burner head or body
• Uneven flame picture, with lifting, yellowing or unstable flames across the burner sections
• Sooting or black deposits around the burner and on the heat exchanger surfaces
• Combustion readings that fall outside the range stated for the appliance, and cannot be corrected by adjustment
• Repeated flame failure or lockout after servicing, where the burner is the remaining suspect
