What it is
The Vaillant 133627 test nipple, cpl., is a gas boiler spare used at the test point on the appliance. It is supplied as a complete assembly for the Vaillant Thermocompact and Turbomax Plus ranges. The nipple provides the connection point used when checking gas inlet pressure during commissioning and servicing.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Gas smell or a detectable leak at the test point during a tightness test
- Visible corrosion, cracking or distortion of the nipple
- Damaged or rounded hex, making the nipple difficult to tighten or remove
- The test point will not seal after a pressure reading has been taken
- Thread damage preventing a gas-tight connection to the test gauge
