What it is
This is a 35mm press-fit ball valve from Altecnic, supplied with a butterfly lever extended handle. It is a quarter-turn isolation valve used to shut off flow on heating and boiler pipework, allowing a section of the system to be isolated for service or repair. The press-fit ends allow the valve to be jointed to pipework without soldering or threaded connections.
