What it is

The Vaillant 115261 wiring harness (NTC) is the lead and connector assembly that links the NTC temperature sensor to the appliance's control circuit. It is used on Vaillant MAG series gas water heaters. The harness carries the sensor signal that the control uses to regulate water temperature.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Water temperature at the outlet is erratic or fails to hold steady
  • The appliance cuts out or fails to modulate as expected during draw-off
