What it is
The Ideal gas valve VR4605AB1019, part number 111869, is a replacement gas control valve for Ideal Commercial Concord boilers. It sits in the gas train and regulates the supply of gas into the appliance. When the boiler calls for heat, the printed circuit board sends a signal to the valve, which opens and lets gas through to the burner or to the pilot assembly, depending on the appliance model.
