What it is
The Ideal 111512 is a pressure test nipple used on the Ideal Commercial Concord CX range of commercial boilers, spanning the CX 40 to CX 100 models. It forms the threaded test point on the appliance where a gauge or manometer is connected to take a pressure reading during commissioning, servicing and fault finding. It is a serviceable spare, renewed when the existing nipple is damaged, seized or no longer seals correctly.

- Pressure readings that drift or will not hold steady when a gauge is connected
- Corrosion, a rounded hex or crossed threads on the nipple
