What it is

The Ideal 111325 is a burner injector for Ideal commercial gas boilers in the Concord range. It sits in the gas train and meters the gas supply into the burner, where the air and gas mixture is ignited to produce the flame that heats water in the main heat exchanger. Because the injector is matched to the appliance's gas input, the correct part number must be fitted for the boiler to burn as designed.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The burner fails to light, or lights only intermittently
  • The flame burns yellow instead of a steady blue, or lifts away from the burner
  • An uneven flame pattern across the burner surface
  • Soot deposits or blackening around the burner and heat exchanger
  • Rising CO readings, or a smell of gas at the appliance
  • Visible blockage, debris or damage at the injector orifice

Before you order

  • Match the part number and GC number on the appliance data plate against the compatibility list.
  • Confirm the model and series, as the Concord range was revised across several series.
  • Note the alternative number 1175483 when cross-referencing older stock or manuals.
  • This part is fitted to a gas appliance; installation must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
