Ideal Module Conversion Kit 110521

The Ideal 110521 is a module conversion kit produced by Ideal for its commercial boiler range. It is catalogued as an Ideal Commercial Boiler Spares item and belongs to the Super Plus family of appliances, including the DBI variants. The kit covers the module side of the assembly, which is the component renewed when the module on these boilers is converted or replaced during service work.

• The boiler fails to light or drops out partway through a demand for heat.
• Repeated lockouts or ignition faults that trace back to the module assembly.
• Combustion readings that drift or will not settle during commissioning or servicing.
• Intermittent running that clears briefly when the module is disturbed, then returns.
• Visible damage, corrosion or heat marking on the existing module.

• Check the GC number on the appliance data badge against the numbers listed above before ordering.
• Confirm the exact model, as this part number is listed against several Super Plus variants.
• Cross-reference the alternative number 1175414 when working from older documentation or a previous parts list.
• Have the appliance details to hand so the correct module variant is matched to the boiler.
