Altecnic Dynamical 3/4 Threaded BSP Straight TRV 105-2206

The Dynamical 3/4 Threaded BSP Straight TRV is a thermostatic radiator valve from Altecnic, part of the Ecocal radiator valve range. It controls the flow of water through a radiator in response to the set room temperature, using a straight-pattern body with 3/4 threaded BSP connections. It is supplied as part of the Dynamical range for use on pumped domestic heating systems.

• The radiator stays hot when the valve head is turned down or set to its minimum position.
• The valve head turns freely without any resistance or fails to move the internal mechanism.
• Water weeps from the spindle or gland area around the valve body.
• The radiator heats unevenly or remains cold despite the valve being open.
• The valve body or connections show corrosion, scale build-up or a persistent drip at the pipe joint.

• Confirm the pipework connection is 3/4 threaded BSP and not a compression fitting.
• Check whether a straight or angled valve body is required for the pipe run to the radiator.
• Verify the valve is being fitted to an Altecnic Ecocal radiator valve installation.
• Confirm the system is a pumped domestic heating system compatible with thermostatic control.
