What it is
The Vaillant 101804 is a temperature regulator used on Vaillant hot water cylinders. It controls the stored water temperature on the Vantage and Unistor cylinder families. The part supersedes reference 37215 and has itself been superseded by 1375294.

- Stored hot water temperature drifts away from the set point
- Cylinder overheats or delivers water hotter than the thermostat setting
- Hot water runs warm or lukewarm regardless of regulator position
- Regulator no longer responds when adjusted
