What it is
The Ideal 100611 is a reset switch harness — a wiring lead that connects the reset switch to the control circuit on Ideal Commercial Concord Super Series 4 appliances. It is manufactured by Ideal as a direct replacement electrical spare for the Super Series 4 range. The harness carries the reset signal so the appliance can be cleared and restarted after a lockout condition.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The reset switch has no effect when pressed and the appliance stays in lockout
- Reset works intermittently, or only when the harness is moved or flexed
- Visible damage to the lead — chafed insulation, scorching, or a broken conductor
- Loose or corroded terminals at the reset switch or the control board end
- Fault codes or lockouts that return immediately after a reset attempt
