What it is

The Vokera combustion cable (part number 10029429) is a wiring harness used on the Vokera Sabre HE PLUS 29 boiler. It carries the combustion-related signals between the boiler's control components and the combustion assembly. It is specific to the pre-2009 version of this appliance.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Boiler locks out or fails to establish flame during ignition sequence
  • Intermittent firing or unexplained shutdowns during operation
  • Fault codes relating to flame detection or combustion
  • Visible heat damage, brittle or cracked insulation on the cable
  • Loose, corroded or burnt connector terminals at either end of the cable

Before you order

  • Confirm your boiler is the Sabre HE PLUS 29 pre-2009 version, as later versions use different components
  • Check the GC number on the appliance data badge against your boiler's identification plate
  • Inspect the existing cable and connectors for damage before ordering, so the correct fault is addressed
  • Verify the part number 10029429 matches the number on the component being replaced
