What it is
The Vokera pump cable, part number 10029423, is the electrical lead that connects the circulating pump to the boiler's control circuit. It is used on Vokera Sabre HE PLUS appliances built before 2009. The cable carries the pump's mains supply and switching signal, so a damaged or loose lead will stop the pump running correctly.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The pump does not run when there is a call for heat, with no supply reaching the pump.
- The boiler locks out or shuts down intermittently during a heating or hot water demand.
- Visible damage to the cable, such as scorching, brittle insulation or exposed conductors.
- Loose or corroded connections at the pump or control board end of the lead.
- The pump runs only when the cable is moved or the plug is reseated.
Before you order
- Confirm the boiler is a pre-2009 Sabre HE PLUS 25 or Sabre HE PLUS 29.
- Check the existing cable and its connectors for damage before ordering.
- Isolate the electrical supply to the boiler before inspecting or replacing the cable.
- Verify the part number 10029423 against the manufacturer's parts list for your appliance.
