What it is

The Vokera 10027558 is a wiring harness for Vokera Compact HE and Sabre HE gas boilers. It forms the main electrical loom between the printed circuit board and the boiler's sensing and control components, carrying low-voltage signals and mains feeds around the appliance. The harness terminates at the PCB, ground faston frame, flow switch, pump, diverter valve, H20 pressure switch, condense pressure switch, gas valve modulator and safety coils, and the DHW NTC.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Intermittent boiler operation, lockouts or fault codes traced to a broken or high-resistance conductor in the loom
  • Cracked, brittle or heat-damaged insulation on one or more harness legs
  • Corroded, loose or discoloured faston terminals at the frame, flow switch or pressure switches
  • Pump, diverter valve, gas valve or DHW NTC failing to receive a signal despite the component testing correctly
  • Visible chafing, pinching or rodent damage along the harness route

Before you order

  • Confirm the boiler model and GC number against the fit list above, as the harness is specific to the Compact HE and Sabre HE ranges
  • Check the connector count and leg layout on the existing harness matches the connections listed here
  • Isolate the electrical supply and verify the boiler is safe to work on before removing the old harness
  • Inspect the PCB and component terminals for damage that may have caused the harness failure
