What it is

This is a pipe supplied by Vokera under part number 10027541. It forms part of the internal pipework on Vokera Compact, Mynute and Sabre gas boilers, carrying water or gas between components within the appliance casing. It is listed as a pipe assembly within the gas boiler spares range.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible corrosion, pitting or scaling on the pipe surface
  • Water weeping or staining at the pipe joints or unions
  • Damp patches or drips inside the boiler casing beneath the pipe run
  • Loss of system pressure that cannot be traced to any other component
  • Discolouration or heat damage around the pipe indicating restricted flow

Before you order

  • Confirm your boiler model and, where shown on the data badge, the GC number against the fitment list
  • On Sabre HE PLUS 25 appliances, check whether your boiler is the pre-2009 version
  • Compare the removed pipe against the new item, including connection ends and routing, before fitting
  • Check the condition of the seals and unions at both ends of the pipe, as these may also need attention
