What it is
The Vokera 10027360 is a wiring harness that connects the heat exchanger thermostat and the flow overheat thermostat within the boiler. It is a manufacturer-supplied loom used across a number of Vokera gas boiler ranges. The harness carries the thermostat signals back to the boiler control, so a damaged loom can interrupt overheat protection and temperature sensing.

- Intermittent temperature faults or erratic boiler behaviour traced to the thermostat circuit
- Frayed, cracked or heat-damaged insulation on the loom
