What it is
The Vokera 10025938 is a fan assembly used on a number of Vokera gas boilers, including the Sabre HE PLUS 25 (pre-2009 version), Synergy and Syntesi ranges. It moves combustion air into the burner and carries flue products out to atmosphere, so it sits at the centre of the appliance's safe combustion and flueing process. A failed fan will normally stop the boiler from firing or lock it out.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Boiler fails to fire, or fires briefly and then locks out
- Fan runs noisily, with rumbling, scraping or bearing whine
- Fan does not spin at all when the boiler calls for heat
- Repeated ignition or flue-related fault codes on the appliance display
- Visible damage, contamination or stiffness when the fan is turned by hand
Before you order
- Confirm the boiler model and, where relevant, whether it is the pre-2009 version
- Check the existing fan's part number against 10025938
- Inspect the fan housing, gasket and electrical plug for damage before fitting
- Confirm the appliance is isolated from the electrical supply before any work begins
