What it is
The Vokera condensing level detector (part number 10025212) is a sensing component used on Vokera condensing gas boilers. It monitors the condensate level within the boiler's condensing circuit so the appliance can respond correctly to the volume of condensate produced during combustion. It is fitted across a number of Vokera Sabre HE Plus, Synergy and Syntesi models.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The boiler locks out or fails to fire, with a fault code relating to the condensing circuit
- Condensate is not cleared correctly, causing water to back up or pool around the boiler
- The condensate trap overflows or the appliance reports a blocked or full condensate condition
- Intermittent operation that clears after the condensate path is drained
- Visible damage, contamination or corrosion on the detector itself
