What it is

The Vokera main burner jet (part 10022453) is a type D jet with a 1.6 size, intended for LPG appliances. It meters gas into the main burner, so the correct jet size and bore condition are essential for reliable ignition and a stable flame. This jet is listed for the Vokera models below.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The boiler fails to light, or lights intermittently
  • The main burner flame is weak, uneven or unstable
  • The flame burns yellow or sooty rather than a steady blue
  • Sooting or discolouration appears around the burner area
  • The jet is blocked by debris or shows visible damage

Before you order

  • Confirm your appliance model matches one of the models listed above.
  • Check the appliance is set up for LPG, as this jet is sized for LPG.
  • Compare the existing jet marking (type D, size 1.6) with this part.
  • Check the model and GC number on the appliance data badge before ordering.
