What it is
The Vokera 10020104 is a natural gas (NG) main burner for Vokera gas boilers. It replaces the earlier code 5295 and sits in the combustion chamber, distributing gas across the burner ports to produce the flame that heats the appliance's water circuit. It is a serviceable combustion component, not a consumable.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Flame picture is uneven, with lifting, yellowing or a lazy flame across the burner ports
- Soot or black deposits forming on the burner surface or heat exchanger
- Boiler repeatedly locks out or fails to establish a stable flame on ignition
- Visible corrosion, cracking, distortion or blocked ports on the burner body
- Combustion readings drifting out of tolerance on a flue gas analysis

- Check the data badge to confirm the appliance is a natural gas (NG) unit, not LPG
