What it is

The pipe grommet is a black rubber type P grommet manufactured by Johnson & Starley. It is fitted where pipework passes through the casing of Economaire warm air units and boilers, protecting the pipe and sealing the opening. It is a small consumable component that is replaced when the existing grommet perishes or is lost during servicing.
